Collabs Update: Smarter Scheduling, Better Planner Clarity

We've updated Collabs to make scheduling with other creators feel easier, clearer, and less all-or-nothing.

The biggest change is that Collabs can now help you find useful options even when everyone does not have one perfect block of time available.

What's New

• More scheduling options: When a full-length session is hard to fit, Collabs can suggest shorter time blocks in simple 30-minute steps.
• Clearer planner view: The visual planner now makes it easier to understand where everyone's availability overlaps and which times are strong matches.
• A better sense of time: A "Now" marker and past-time shading help you focus on upcoming options instead of old availability.
• Easier filtering: Available time filters now show how many options each duration has, so you can quickly switch between longer and shorter possibilities.

Why this matters

Planning a collab should not fall apart just because everyone's calendars are tight. This update keeps your ideal session length in mind, while also giving your group realistic alternatives when a shorter session would still work.
